Shailesh Chauhan

Shailesh Chauhan is an experienced Supply Chain Manager at Naturex since March 2013, specializing in cost-effective product transfers from Switzerland to India and managing global supply of color products through a successful BCP project. Prior to this, Shailesh served as Production Manager at Arusha Entrepreneurs Association Ltd, where responsibilities included setting up a food processing plant and managing new product development and brand strategy. Previous roles include Information Technology Support Engineer at Start Icon Ltd, focusing on automating food industry processes, and Plant Incharge at GEE PEE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, where Shailesh managed raw material inspection and improved plant efficiency.
