Melissa Dudum

Melissa Dudum has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles.

Melissa is currently working at Naturium as the Vice President of Product Development, a position they have held since March 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Development at Naturium from April 2022 to March 2023.

Prior to Naturium, Melissa worked at Forma Brands as the Sr. Manager of Product Development for New Brands Skincare from April 2021 to March 2022.

Melissa also has experience at Kendo Brands, Inc., where they held multiple roles in the development of Fenty Skin and Ole Henriksen products. Melissa served as a Senior Manager for Fenty Skin Product Development from March 2021 to April 2021, a Product Development Manager for Fenty Skin from March 2019 to March 2021, and an Associate Manager for Fenty Skin and Ole Henriksen from September 2018 to March 2019 and July 2016 to September 2018, respectively.

Before that, Melissa worked at Bare Escentuals as a Global Product Development Specialist and Coordinator in the skincare and complexion divisions from January 2012 to June 2016.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at Univision Communications Inc. as an Account Coordinator from October 2009 to January 2012, Dailylounge.com as a Beauty Writer - Contributor from August 2009 to February 2010, Spa Magazine as an Editorial Intern from September 2008 to June 2009, Consumers Union as a Media Intern from June 2008 to August 2008, and KQED as a Radio News Intern from May 2007 to September 2007.

Melissa Dudum obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University, which they completed in 2009.
