Anne de Vries

Anne de Vries is an experienced legal professional with a focus on environmental law and chemical substances. As the owner of ChemLegal since October 2024, Anne leads a niche legal advisory and research firm. Additionally, Anne serves as a jurist at Natuur & Milieu and is a PhD candidate in Private Law at Tilburg University, where involvement includes membership in the Tilburg Environmental Law Team, University Council, and Tilburg PhD Platform. Previous roles include president of PNN, the Dutch PhD Representative body, and various research assistant positions at Tilburg University. Anne holds a cum laude Master in Law specializing in private and environmental law from Tilburg University, complemented by a study abroad program at Victoria University of Wellington.
