Amy Burns-Thomson

Amy Burns-Thomson is an experienced executive recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Search for NatWest Group since October 2020, Amy leads the in-house executive search function, focusing on hiring for senior and executive roles, including C-Suite positions, while promoting internal talent and external candidates. Previously, Amy held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at NatWest Markets and Head of Resourcing Services at RBS, where responsibilities included managing recruitment strategies in technology and operations. Early career experiences include recruiting for Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Division and HSBC Bank USA. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
