Joan Davenport

Joan Davenport has extensive experience in agile transformation and leadership within NatWest Group, where roles have included Release Train Lead for Wealth Marketing, Customer Journey Framework Consultant, and Scrum Master. Joan has a proven track record in supporting backlog planning, risk management, and embedding agile methodologies across teams. Other key contributions include developing a bankwide agile curriculum and launching an Agile Coach Community. Joan's earlier career included positions in regulatory reporting and finance at NatWest and a foundation in tax consultation and auditing at PwC. Joan holds a BA with distinction in Accountancy and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
