Christopher Fischer is an experienced organizational consultant with a robust background in talent management and psychology. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Fusion Consultants International since March 2023, Christopher utilizes scientifically grounded methodologies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, Christopher held significant roles including Senior Partner at Naughtin Group and Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where leadership development initiatives were implemented to align human resources with business strategies. Earlier in the career, Christopher served as Principal and Licensed Psychologist at Fusion Consultants International, Senior Consultant at Personnel Decisions International, and Psychologist at Scott Co.
