Agustina Nieto

Agustina is Nauta Capital’s Legal & Tax Controller, based in Barcelona. As a member of the Operations team, she is responsible for the legal and tax matters of the Funds and the Management Company. She ensures the accomplishment of the anti-money laundering regulations, manages the communication with regulatory entities (CNMV in Spain, FCA in the UK), coordinates the legal and tax aspects of capital calls and divestments processes, and leads the negotiation and communication with investors.

Prior to Nauta Capital, Agustina worked for four years as a lawyer in different international companies and firms, Scytl and BDO, in areas such as public, civil, and commercial law. She holds a Bachelor in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and pertains to the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
