Susan Belien is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on payroll support and human resources analytics. Currently serving as an Interim HR Professional at Spaarne Werkt since February 2023 and NautaDutilh since June 2022, Susan has held various interim roles that include project support in Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics, as well as covering HR advisory and administrative functions during maternity leaves.
