Rick Martin

Rick Martin has extensive experience in technical support and customer service within the yacht industry. Since February 1992, Rick has served as the Warranty Manager at Nautical Structures Industries, providing technical support for hydraulic equipment and addressing service issues for both international and domestic customers. Prior to this role, Rick worked in materials at Gulfstar Yachts and in customer service at Viking Yacht Company from 1986 to 1990. Rick obtained an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College between 1993 and 1995.
