Teresa Drugatz

Teresa Drugatz is a seasoned professional in marine logistics and management, currently serving as Marine Logistics Manager and Marina Manager at Nautical Ventures since November 2023. Additionally, Teresa holds the position of President at Helm Maritime Support and has been a Board Member for the School Action Committee for Broward County Public Schools since 2019, representing the special needs student population. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Operations Manager at Engineered Yacht Solutions, INC, Business Manager at Aquamare Marine USA, and various management positions at Advanced Mechanical Enterprises. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Sociology with a minor in Marketing from the University of Miami, earned between 1999 and 2004.
