Kathy Suhm

Kathy Suhm, MEd, CPCU, SPHR, CPTD, DISCcert, currently serves as Vice President of Underwriting Audit and Development at Nautilus Insurance Group, a position held since 2005. In this role, Kathy is responsible for creating strategic audit, training, and development initiatives that align with the company's operating plan, and for providing mentoring and career development opportunities for internal underwriting staff and agency partners. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Brokerage at St. Paul Companies and holding positions such as Underwriting Director at Kemper and Senior Underwriter at Chubb. Kathy earned a Masters of Education in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College.
