Brian Venturella

Brian Venturella is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Cardio Development at REP Fitness since May 2024. Prior to this role, Brian spent nearly a decade at BowFlex Inc. in various capacities, including Senior Manager of Engineering and Strategic Sourcing, where leadership was provided to a team focused on the manufacturing and quality of BowFlex, Schwinn, and JRNY branded products. Brian also established the Manufacturing Engineering department aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing costs. As the Owner and Engineer at Venturella Consulting LLC, from February 2019 to January 2024, Brian offered comprehensive product development and engineering services. Earlier in the career, Brian held engineering positions at Rex Plastics, Inc., contributing to design and tooling for a diverse range of industries. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and specializes in product design, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing automation.
