Chen Yu

Chen Yu is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at NAUTO since July 2017. At NAUTO, Chen Yu oversees engineering efforts related to cloud back-end, core infrastructure, front-end, and mobile technologies, contributing to the development of AI-powered smart camera networks and intelligent driver safety systems for commercial fleets. Prior experience includes various engineering roles at Yahoo from January 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included organic and sponsored search ad online real-time serving and OpenStack bare-metal provisioning. Chen Yu holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and both a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in Automation from Tsinghua University.
