Miles Mattern

Miles Mattern has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Miles is currently serving as the CSO and Co-Founder of NauWork, a company that connects tech talent with tech jobs. Their role at NauWork focuses on creating long-term client and candidate partnerships and providing efficient solutions.

Before joining NauWork, Miles worked at Advanced Personnel Services Inc. as the Director of Sales & Recruitment from May 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Rise Medical Staffing, which was later acquired by Advanced Personnel Services Inc. Miles served as the Director of Recruitment & Marketing from September 2013 to December 2016, where they led the sales team to achieve top revenue growth for consecutive years. Miles also served as a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead from October 2009 to September 2013, and as a Recruiter, Account Manager, and Business Development professional from October 2007 to September 2009.

Miles started their career at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative from January 2007 to October 2007.

Miles Mattern attended Oregon State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In 2005, they also briefly studied at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. In 2018, Miles obtained the CPSAE (Certified Professional Services Account Executive) certification from TechServe Alliance.
