Joao is an expert in ATM/AIM Safety Management Systems and Quality Management Systems. Joao Carlos also works as an independent trainer & consultant in the areas of Safety Management Systems, Operational Safety Surveys, Aeronautical Communications, ATC Phraseology, and more. With a background in Air Traffic Control and military experience, Joao has a deep understanding of safety and quality standards in the aviation industry.
