Edwige Ligonde

Edwige Ligonde serves as Partner and Market Director at Nava Benefits since July 2023, where expertise lies in blending plan design and cost to enhance employee and employer experiences while leveraging technology for efficient communication and education. Previously, Edwige was Executive Vice President at Nielsen Benefits Group until its acquisition by Nava Benefits, focusing on client satisfaction and innovative solutions. As a founding member of the Talent Champions Council, Edwige contributes to a community aimed at advancing Talent Strategy. Edwige has held multiple leadership roles at Montage Insurance Solutions, overseeing employee benefits and technology, and began a career in finance and marketing with Northwestern Mutual and adidas respectively. Edwige holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from UCLA.
