Eva Heintzelman

Eva Heintzelman is a seasoned design and research professional with a diverse background in user experience and project leadership. Currently serving as a Designer/Researcher at Nava since February 2023, Eva previously held the position of Experience Architect at Whereoware, following its acquisition of LookThink, where Eva was a User Experience Architect from June 2019 to June 2022. In earlier roles, Eva contributed as an Interaction Designer at Fjord and as a User Experience Designer at SAIC, while also engaging in user experience research at Ometry. Eva's expertise extends to real estate finance through underwriting roles at Enterprise Community Investment and managing the ROOF Project during tenure at the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in East Asian Studies from Yale University.
