Sophia Dengo is a Senior Designer/Researcher currently working at Nava. With a background in website development and design for small businesses since 2005, Sophia has experience as a Senior UX Designer at their own company and as a Senior Product Designer at Zapier. Sophia has also worked in government tech projects, journalism, and newsdesk design at CNN.com. Sophia holds a Master of Arts degree in Museum Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, a MA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BS in Mass Communication from Boston University.
