Valerie Begay

Valerie Begay currently serves as the Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise, a position held since June 2023, after previously holding the Director title at the same organization from 2013 to 2021. Prior to this role, Valerie Begay was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures from March 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes various marketing analyst positions at Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise and multiple roles at Wells Fargo, including Client Service Consultant and Financial Crimes Analyst, from October 2006 to June 2013. Valerie Begay holds a Master of Science in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies, both from Arizona State University, completed in 2011 and 2006, respectively.
