Vincent Martinot-Lagarde

Vincent Martinot-Lagarde is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in naval and defense sectors. Currently serving as EVP Services and SSN Barracuda Program Director at NAVAL GROUP since September 2006, Martinot-Lagarde has led significant programs, including the management of the largest naval program in Europe, the FREMM program, and the overall administration of the DCNS Lorient site. Previously, Martinot-Lagarde held the role of Assistant Naval Attaché for Defense Cooperation at the French Embassy in Washington, strengthening ties between the French Defense Industry and the US Navy. Early career experiences at NAVAL GROUP involved managing the SAWARI 2 program and contributing to major projects such as the Horizon destroyer program and the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier. Martinot-Lagarde holds degrees from prestigious institutions, including École Polytechnique, MIT, National Defense University, and HEC Paris, highlighting a strong foundation in naval architecture, engineering, and business management.
