William Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. William started their career as a Purchasing Assistant intern at Servicio Almacenaje Transporte SAT6000 in 2005. William then interned as a Quality Engineer at TOTAL in 2006 and as a Safety Engineer at Egis in the same year. In 2007, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at AREVA TN International, where they performed mechanical engineering studies and managed crisis situations in various locations. William continued their journey at AREVA NC in 2010 as a Project Manager, leading nuclear logistics projects worldwide. William then became a Deputy Contract Manager at AREVA NP in 2012, managing contractual issues and implementing a contract closure strategy. In 2015, they joined A.M.A. (AREVA, MACE, ATKINS) as a Supply Chain Manager for the SDP project. In 2016, they worked at AREVA NP as a Performance Risk & Opportunity Manager for the Taishan EPR Project. Finally, they joined Naval Group in 2017 as the Deputy Contract Director for the Australian Futur Submarine Program before becoming the Warship Operations Director in July 2021.
William Martin earned an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from l'INSA Centre Val de Loire, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended the Undergraduate Program for French Engineering Schools at La Martinière in Lyon, focusing on Engineering Physics/Applied Physics.
