Phillip S. Crabtree

General Manager - Attractions & Retail at Naval Aviation Museum

Phillip S. Crabtree has over 20 years of work experience. From 1996 to 2014, they worked for the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, starting as Manager of Technical Operations/Internal Marketing for the IMAX Theater. In this role, they wrote site-specific operations manuals, SOPs, training manuals, emergency procedures, and checklists. Phillip S. also submitted and maintained the annual operating budget. In 2013, they worked as Air Service Development & Marketing Assistant at Pensacola International Airport, where they assisted the airport director and assistant director with coordinating special events and special airfield operations. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Owner/Operator of Scan and Deliver LLC, a package delivery business servicing FedEx Home Delivery routes. In 1996, they also worked for Crabtree Publishing as Editor/Publisher, creating the first subscription publication devoted to the Indy Racing League.

Phillip S. Crabtree obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of West Florida in 1993, majoring in Communication Arts/Public Relations and minoring in Psychology. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Laser Safety Officer (CLSO) certification from The Laser Institute. In 2004, they obtained a Certified IMAX Projectionist certification from IMAX. In 2018, they obtained a Level I Operations Certification from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF AMUSEMENT RIDE SAFETY OFFICIALS.
