Emine Ildirar

Emine Ildirar is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment within the Defence and Maritime industry, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Navantia Australia since November 2018, where responsibilities include strategic workforce planning and managing the Graduate and Intern Program. Prior to this role, Emine led a team of Senior Recruitment Consultants at Transport for NSW, successfully delivering various special recruitment programs. Additionally, experience includes coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities for state transport agencies and serving as an Employment Claims Consultant at MAX Employment.
