Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips has been Dean of Academic Studies at Navarro College since 2013. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Instructor at Navarro College from 2012 to 2013, and a Teacher at Corsicana ISD from 2006 to 2012.

Dr. Richard Phillips earned their Doctor of Education from Tarleton State University in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Science in Agriculture, General from Sam Houston State University as well as their Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, General. Dr. Phillips is certified by the Texas Education Agency in Principal EC-12.

They work with Susan Womack - Director, Institutional Research, Teresa Thomas - VP, Finance & Administration, and Stacie Sipes - Director, Marketing & Public Information. Richard Phillips reports to Kevin G. Fegan, District President.
