Pullak Mohanty co-founded the company Navedas in 2009, where they played a key role in supporting third-party operations through human-assisted AI and Robotics. Pullak helped save clients over $250 million and focused on improving customer experiences. Pullak Mohanty also served as a Software Architect at The Revere Group from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Commonwealth Bank from 2005 to 2006. Pullak began their career as a Software Engineer at Adstream in 2002, where they gained extensive experience in web design and development and spearheaded multiple consumer-facing web portal projects. Currently, Pullak Mohanty is an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at UC Irvine, where they focus on developing and enhancing customer service skills through the Customer Experience Certificate Program.
Pullak Mohanty completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Technology Sydney from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
