Christina Van is a Senior Scientist at Navega Therapeutics, Inc. since November 2019, with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University and extensive research roles during doctoral studies at UCLA and undergraduate education at UC San Diego. Christina's doctoral research focused on the neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory roles of pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide in a multiple sclerosis mouse model. Additional experience includes a Production Chemist position at BioLegend, where responsibilities included antibody conjugation and purification, and various research and teaching assistant roles in molecular biology and biochemistry, encompassing protein development, immunotoxin research, and educational support. Christina holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from UCLA and a B.S. in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from UC San Diego.
