Jason Augello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at NAVEX since February 2017, Jason has implemented and owned the strategic direction of the Scaled Success program, driving net retention growth through consultative and data-informed approaches. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs, developing strategic frameworks, and mentoring the Customer Success Team. Previously held roles at NAVEX include Associate Manager, Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager, where Jason managed high-value client relationships and achieved significant expansion and retention results. Before NAVEX, Jason was a Solutions Engineer at Allegiance Merchant Services, focusing on product consulting and training. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Governors University.
