Laurel Miltner

Director, Digital Marketing at NAVEX

Laurel Miltner has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Laurel began their career as a Cleveland Marketing Manager at Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions in 2006. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Selman & Company. In 2007, they joined PR 20/20 as an Associate Consultant and later became a Consultant, managing client accounts and serving as the agency blog manager. Laurel then took on the role of Assistant Vice President at PR 20/20, where they strategized and executed integrated inbound marketing campaigns for top clients. In 2013, they moved to JLL as a Manager, Content Strategy, and Development. Laurel later became a Senior Manager and then the Director of Digital Marketing and Director of Digital Strategy, Americas. Laurel joined Orbit Media Studios in 2019 as the Director of Digital Strategy, working with clients across industries to optimize their websites. Currently, they are the Director of Digital Marketing at NAVEX, responsible for their global web presence and leading website replatforming projects. Additionally, Laurel is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Ohio City Incorporated.

Laurel Miltner obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations and Communication Studies from Baldwin Wallace University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Laurel has also obtained additional certifications in Advanced Google Analytics, HIGH5 Strengths Test, and Professional Services Leadership Initiative from various institutions. Laurel has also received the BAM! (Best of Americas Marketing) award from JLL in 2016 and 2017.
