Shon Ramey

Shon Ramey is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at NAVEX since April 2013, Ramey oversees legal functions for the largest SaaS-based software provider in the sector, serving over 8,000 clients globally. Previous roles include General Counsel at NAVEX Global, and positions at SNR Denton US LLP, Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Baker & McKenzie, and various leadership roles in organizations such as Praxis Financial Group and Remote Operations. Ramey has a strong background in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law, evidenced by tenure as General Counsel at Corporate Express Delivery Systems and as an Associate Attorney at Andrews Kurth LLP. Ramey holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and degrees in Management and General Studies from Park University and Everett Community College, respectively.
