Tom Norton serves as the Customer Success Manager at NAVEX, managing customer requests and activities while advocating for their needs to senior leadership. Prior to this, Tom worked at LexisNexis as a Client Manager in both the Corporate Legal and Print & Digital Solutions divisions, collaborating with clients to meet their business needs and drive sales. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Sales Management emphasis and a minor in International Business from the University of Dayton.
