Rutuja Shinde

Rutuja Shinde has worked in various roles and companies. They started as a Project Trainee at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. In 2017, they interned at Atlas Copco. From 2018 to 2021, Rutuja worked as a Design Engineer at Atlas Copco. In 2022, they interned as a Management Intern at Navi. In 2023, Rutuja joined Navi as an Associate Manager and later became a CX Lead - Lending & Insurance | Strategy & Biz Ops. Alongside their job roles, Rutuja also served as a Senior Coordinator at OpMaC - Operations & General Management Club and People for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) at IIM Bangalore.

Rutuja Shinde is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. In 2022, they also participated in the Global Networks for Advanced Management program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, specializing in Bay Area Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Prior to this, Rutuja obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam and various professional development courses from LinkedIn on topics such as bias, teamwork, and leadership.
