Rick Grout has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and training within the heating industry. Currently, Rick is involved in Sales and Training at Navien, Inc. since January 2015, while also serving as Marketing Manager for Best In Your Business, focusing on online product sales through drop shipping since March 2013. Previously, Rick held sales positions at Slant/Fin and Frederick Garaty, where responsibilities included troubleshooting boiler systems and educating contractors on heating products. As the Owner of Smarter Comfort, Rick specialized in the installation of high-efficiency heating systems from September 2008 to July 2012. Rick's early career included a long tenure as President at Champlain Winair and a role as a Clean Room Inspector at IBM.
