Jeanna Reed is an experienced professional in service delivery and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Navient since March 2013, where leadership spans two helpdesk teams. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager overseeing telecommunications and application support, as well as Senior Education Manager managing training teams and materials.
