Nikhil Kapoor is an experienced marine engineer with a solid background in operating and maintaining machinery on tanker vessels and bulk carriers. Currently serving as a Third Engineer at Navig8 Group since August 2020, Nikhil performs routine and preventive maintenance, manages costs, and ensures the proper functioning of safety equipment. Nikhil previously held the position of Third Engineer and Fourth Engineer at Emarat Maritime, LLC from May 2015 to January 2020, focusing on machinery oversight and operational monitoring. Nikhil's early career included roles as a Fourth Engineer and Junior Marine Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from bunkering operations to preparation for various maritime inspections. Nikhil's education includes a Second Engineer degree in Marine Engineering and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Marine Engineering from South Shields Marine School, alongside various certifications from reputable institutions.
