Sam Thatcher has a solid background in customer service and analytical roles, currently serving as a Business Analyst and previously as a Commercial Analyst at Navig8 Group since March 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Happiness Advisor at Naked Wines, where Sam focused on customer satisfaction and problem-solving, alongside a brief work placement at FRANCIS DARRAH SURVEYORS LIMITED. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Senior Counsellor at Camp Speers-Eljabar YMCA. Sam holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Biomechanics from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2018.
