Michael Mattone

Michael Mattone currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Banking and Experience Officer at Navigant Credit Union, overseeing various teams including retail banking, marketing, and wealth management. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Community Impact at Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included leading community outreach and business development programs. Michael also served as Vice President of Marketing and Member Experience at Hudson River Financial Federal Credit Union, focusing on brand growth and member engagement. Earlier roles included Vice President of Public Relations and Assistant Vice President at Municipal Credit Union, where Michael enhanced corporate branding and managed PR efforts. Michael was also the Chair of the NYCUA Young Professionals Commission, advocating for millennial engagement in the Credit Union Movement. Michael's educational background includes an Executive Master's of Science in Finance from Baruch College and a BA in Marketing Management from Pace University.
