Karmen Shabbar Cepic

Karmen Shabbar Cepic has over a decade of experience in operations management at Navigare Yachting, one of the top charter companies globally, where responsibilities have included roles as Country Manager for Croatia and Product and Logistics Manager. Prior to this, Karmen worked as a Foreign Trade Manager at Spectator Solis d.o.o. and held a position as a Customs Warehouse Clerk at Medical Intertrade d.o.o., focusing on import/export processes and customs control. Karmen holds a degree from the University of Zagreb, completed in 2002.
