Over a 30-year career JP gained extensive commercial, operational and executive leadership experience driving growth, innovation and transformation at cutting-edge data and technology companies that included Dun and Bradstreet, Intuit and Constant Contact. In the last decade, Guilbault shifted his attention away from the traditional large scale, public companies to focus on advancing the success rates of purpose driven organizations in our communities – schools, faith-based organizations, associations and non-profits. In his time as CEO of YourMembership and Community Brands, Guilbault led the transformation of products, services and go-to-market strategies, unlocking the value of data, integrated payments and cloud software to help over 100,000 customers better manage their schools, religious organizations, fund raising and membership engagement experience.

Today, JP, a father of five sees transformational opportunities in school and community safety to use customer driven innovation, education and technology to break through the data silos and fog to address mental health, bullying, suicide and to prevent self-harm and mass violence.
