Scott Hair has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Scott began their career in 1999 as a Software Implementation Specialist for Tyler Technologies. In 2000, they joined TEKsystems as an Account Manager, where they developed and maintained client relationships with Fortune 500 and 100 companies. In 2002, they moved to SchoolDude as a Regional Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. In 2013, they joined Dude Solutions as a Senior Program Manager, Partner Delivery Services and Senior Director of Sales - Education, where they set the vision by collaborating the development and implementation of new client acquisition, upsell-cross selling GTM strategies. In 2020, they joined PeopleFluent as the Director of Business Development. Currently, Scott Hair is a Senior Account Executive at ClassWallet and Vice President of Customer Experience at Navigate360.

Scott Hair obtained their Bachelor degree in Political Science from East Carolina University in 1997. In 2019, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Wake Technical Community College. In 2021, they obtained their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
