Patrick Doyon

Patrick Doyon is an accomplished professional in the fields of media, communications, and public relations, currently serving as Managing Principal at Navigator Ltd. since 2016, after holding several roles within the company including Associate Principal and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Consultant at The Capital Hill Group from 2005 to 2016, Political Advisor for the Government of Québec from 2004 to 2005, and Communication Consultant at Enigma Communications between 2000 and 2004. Patrick Doyon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Media and Communications from the University of Sussex (2017-2023), an MSc in Public Communications Management (with merit) from the University of Stirling (2010-2013), and a Certificate in Marketing Management from HEC Montréal (2007-2009).
