Taylor Odegard has a long and varied career in the commercial real estate industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Research Analyst/Assistant at ReMax Commercial/Simons Real Estate Group. In 2008, they moved to Colliers International as a Research Analyst, and then to Pacific Real Estate Partners as a Research Manager. In 2010, they joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Research Analyst for the Northwest Region. In 2011, they became Vice President of Capital Markets at CBRE and held the position of Manager of Capital Markets Operations for Brokerage and Capital Markets at National Partners. In 2012, Taylor founded Odegard WebDezine and served as President and Designer. In 2018, they were invited to join the Forbes Real Estate Council. Finally, in 2019, Taylor became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Innovation at NavigatorCRE. As CEO, they lead the NavigatorSRVS and CRE team, overseeing the development of the Navigator platform services and enlightening the market of the most leading edge software services and practices to enhance the industry as a whole.
Taylor Odegard attended Mercer Island High School from 2001 to 2004. Taylor then attended the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BS in PPD-Real Estate with a field of study in Real Estate and Urban Planning. Taylor also holds a Washington State Licensed Real Estate Broker certification.
