Caroline Larimore

Caroline Larimore has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Caroline currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Navion Senior Living since 2022. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Memory Matters, where they held multiple roles. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Program Specialist, responsible for daily operations and curriculum development. In 2021, they were promoted to Lead Program Specialist, focusing on program collaboration and virtual offerings. Lastly, Caroline worked as a Lead Research Assistant at SC LowCountry & Resort Islands Tourism Institute from 2017 to 2018, conducting research and maintaining data.

Caroline Larimore completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. During the same period, they also obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Gerontology from the same institution.

Additionally, in January 2021, Caroline received certification as an Ageless Grace Educator from Ageless Grace TM. In April 2022, they obtained the Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional certification from the International Counsel of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
