Jim Spillane

Jim Spillane is an experienced penetration tester and independent consultant with a robust background in software development and web solutions. Currently, Jim serves as a Penetration Tester at NaviSec, conducting over 75 penetration tests across various industries, specializing in external and internal infrastructure, web applications, wireless security, and social engineering. As an independent consultant at Spillane Consulting since 2015, Jim has worked on diverse projects, including the development of an online price book system. Previously, as the Founder and Principal of JX2 Technologies LLC from 2002 to 2015, Jim co-created a company offering web development and online marketing solutions, successfully handling the development and maintenance of approximately 150 client sites. Earlier career roles include positions at Computer Aid, Inc., Contemporary Staffing Solutions, and Penn Treaty Network America, where Jim contributed as a programmer and application developer. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
