Ben Cragun has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ben started their career at Delta Air Lines as a Customer Service Agent Level 3 from February 1999 to August 2004. Following this, they worked at Clinical Research Networks as a Supervisor, Client Relations from July 2004 to September 2007. Ben then joined Navitaire, an Amadeus company, where they held multiple roles including Technical Analyst from September 2007 to November 2010, Sr. Business Analyst from November 2010 to March 2016, and currently in the role of Product Management since September 2015. At Navitaire, Ben focused on strengthening the company's web offerings and developing new products for the travel industry.

Ben Cragun received their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Weber State University. Ben completed their studies from 1999 to 2005.
