Jose Kristoffer Beltran

Jose Kristoffer Beltran started their work experience in 2008 as a Software Engineer/Business Analyst at Accenture Philippine Delivery Center. Jose Kristoffer worked on a web-based reservation application project for Disneyland Paris Resort, primarily using an iterative software development life cycle. In 2016, they joined Navitaire, an Amadeus company, as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they collected requirements and enhancements from airline customers and product providers, translating them into technical and functional documents. Jose Kristoffer also built diagrams and flowcharts to better understand the business flow. Jose Kristoffer later became an Associate Business Analysis Manager, directly working with customers/partners to translate their requirements into functional and technical requirements. Jose Kristoffer built requirement documents, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize process flows and closely collaborated with the development and support team to translate requirements into a working solution.

Jose Kristoffer Beltran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mapúa University from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2018.
