Tim Mellor

Tim Mellor has a diverse work experience with a focus in software engineering and real estate. Tim started their career as a Software Engineer at Novell, Inc in 1999 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined TEKSystems as a Senior Install Software Engineer before moving on to Avocent as a Software Engineer in 2006. Tim then worked at Allpro Realty as a Real Estate Agent from 2005 to 2008. Tim also served as a Board Member at East Mountain Homeowners' Association from 2008 to 2010. In 2007, they joined Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer and contributed to C# development, TFS development, and WiX based MSI installers. In 2007, Tim also started working at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, as a Senior Software Engineer. Tim continued to work for Amadeus IT Group as a Senior Software Engineer starting in 2016. In addition to their software engineering roles, Tim has also been involved in the real estate industry as a Real Estate Agent at Equity Real Estate in 2008 and as a Real Estate Investor at Trademark Properties LLC since 1999.

Tim Mellor's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Kearns High School. Tim graduated from high school in 1992. In 1996, they enrolled at Brigham Young University, where they studied but did not obtain a degree. In 1997, Mellor briefly studied at BYU Jerusalem. In 1998, they joined the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems in 2000. Tim continued their education at the University of Phoenix and completed a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems in 2003.

Regarding certifications, Mellor obtained the e-Pro certification from the National Association of REALTORS® in October 2013. Tim also acquired the SFR - Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification from the same institution in April 2017. Additionally, it is known that they hold several certifications related to Linux and Microsoft, including the Linux Professional Institute Certified Level 1, Microsoft Team Foundation 2010 Administrator, Novell Certified Linux Engineer (CLE--Novell Nterprise Linux Services 1), Novell Certified Linux Professional (CLP--SLES 9), and Novell Certified Novell Administrator (CNA-Netware 5).
