Tracy Hillstrom

Tracy Hillstrom has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Tracy began their career at Best Buy in 2000 as a Recruiting Lead, where they partnered with hiring managers to find talent for the organization and was responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes. Tracy also played a key role in rolling out a new Talent Management System and suggesting enhancements to meet the customer's needs. In 2004, Tracy joined Accenture as a Recruiting Lead and continued in that role for over a decade until 2016. Currently, Tracy works as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Navitaire, an Amadeus company.

Tracy Hillstrom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Black Belt Internet Recruitment from Social Talent in June 2017.
