Michael Spies

Michael Spies is the Founder of Fuse Strategies LLC, where strategic advisory and private investment in real estate and related technologies are the primary focus. In addition, Michael serves as a Venture Partner at Navitas Capital and an Advisory Board Member at Declaration Partners. Michael holds board positions at INGENIOUS.BUILD, Equiem, Mokki, and REKalibrate, while also advising BIOME and Stake. Previously, Michael was the Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer for nearly three decades, overseeing operations in Europe, India, and new markets, as well as leading innovation initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.
