Adithya Kodenkiri

Adithya Kodenkiri is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager - HR at Navitas Life Sciences since April 2016. In this role, Adithya is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to align with organizational goals and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and performance appraisal management. Prior to this, Adithya worked as a Deputy Manager in HR at SECON Private Limited from August 2007 to April 2016, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for various roles, managing induction and training programs, and overseeing payroll processing and statutory compliance.
