Josh Pretty

Josh Pretty is currently working as the HR Manager at Navitas since July 2023. Prior to this, Josh held the title of HR Business Partner for the Water Reform Programme at Christchurch City Council from May 2022 to July 2023. Josh also has experience as a Regional Employment Advisor at NZSTA from June 2018 to May 2022. Josh has a diverse background in human resources, having worked in various roles such as Contract HR & Recruitment Consultant at Joyn, Plant Human Resources Manager at Silver Fern Farms Ltd, and Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager at Smart Sparks Electrical. Josh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Southern Institute of Technology.
